Try brewing your own beer in the Mini Brewing Event at Otaru Beer's Zenibako Brewery!
In this mini brewing event, a small brewery will be setup on tables for all participants to try their hand at brewing mini batches of beer. The beer will then be fermented and lagered at the brewery for everyone to taste on April 4. While brewing, you can enjoy Smoke Beer, our new seasonal beer brewed for the first time in 7 years.

When:
February 13, 14, 20, 21 (Please select one day)
Tour begins at 10:00 and brewing starts 11:00 finishing at 18:00.
Where:
Otaru Beer Zenibako Brewery (Otaru-Shi Zenibako 3-Chome 263-19)
Cost:
¥3,300 including beer (max 20 glasses per person), lunch and snacks.
Teams of 3~5 people are needed, so get your friends together for a successful event!
Request:
1) Reservations required with teams. Team member changes can be accepted only until two days before the event. After which you will be held accountable for your brewing materials.
2) During the brewing process we will be using table-top burners, therefore at this is event, we request that no children be included in the teams.
Tasting Event:
The Beer Judging and Tasting Event will be held on April 4, 2010. The beers of all participating teams will be judged and available for tasting by all members!
