Leibspeise Stuffed Chicken |
Every year Leibspeise produces its famous stuffed Chicken. As always, we change the recipe a little so that you can always get something a little different. One year Leibspeise stuffed our chicken with Apples, another year with Mushrooms another year with Walnuts. This year the stuffing will be Sausage and Sage Stuffing.
First we will make a stuffing with pork mince, lots of sage together with Leibspeise’s wonderful German Sausage. While we allow this delicious stuffing to age and the flavors to blend, we rub-down young chickens with oil, salt, pepper and other special herbs. This infuses the chicken skin and the meat underneath with a wonderful aroma only found at Leibspeise. Once the chickens have had their rub-down, we stuff them full of the Sausage and Sage Stuffing. Finally the flavor-full chickens are roasted over an open fire until they are crispy and golden.
Each chicken is packaged in a domed tray with extra stuffing and our German Potatoes for your enjoyment. Great as a party meal for your family or as a present for someone special. In addition to our Christmas Stuffed Chicken, Leibspeise will also have available Bretzeln packs. Bretzeln will be available in packs of four or more. Please make your reservations now for your Christmas enjoyment!
For Reservations, call Leibspeise at 011-252-5807. Chickens and Bretzeln Packs will be available for pickup from December 18th until December 27th. Chickens will be limited, so call for your reservations as soon as possible!
