This year as always, I will be serving Haxen with Bayerisch-Kraut and Knödel.  For those not familiar with Haxen, it is a pork knuckle which I have cooked in the oven to delicious golden perfection.  It is served with a Kartoffel Knödel (Potato Dumpling) and Bavarian-Style Sauerkraut. 

 I will also be serving Fleischpflanzerl or meat balls together with German Potatoes and Leibspeise’s Green Salad.

Another item which will be on our Oktoberfest Menu will be Münchner Obatzda with Our Onion Ring Pickles and Salzbrezeln.  There will be other items as well, but you will have to come to Leibspeise during the Oktoberfest Celebration to find out!
