This as yet unnamed event, will be a nomihodai which, just like on Beer Club evenings, will start at 18:00 and continue on until 23:00 with the last order being announced at 22:30. This is just a quick note to all the Leibspeise Fans out there!Tomorrow (May 7th) is Mass Day, but I will also be test smoking Seafood! I hope that all will work out well. For those who are interested, I will be smoking Saba (Mackerel) and Salmon in a way that would be more traditional in the old days. I will be smoking using a hot smoke which will cook the seafood a bit more than most would usually think of for smoked salmon. But it will be very interesting for people to check out!
