2010 Helles in the lager tank!

Our 2010's second seasonal beer, Helles, is now in the lagering tank, waiting for the sale on April 1!

Our next seasonal beer, Bamberger Spezial will be on sale on February 1, 2010! This Bamberger Spezial, also known as Smoke Beer, was brewed for the first time in 7 years since 2003, using malts roasted by Johannes Braun, our own Braumeister. It has a rich, dark brown color and wonderful smoky flavor.

Try brewing your own beer in the Mini Brewing Event at Otaru Beer's Zenibako Brewery!

In this mini brewing event, a small brewery will be setup on tables for all participants to try their hand at brewing mini batches of beer. The beer will then be fermented and lagered at the brewery for everyone to taste on April 4. While brewing, you can enjoy Smoke Beer, our new seasonal beer brewed for the first time in 7 years.
